We are Here to Help and Accepting New Clients
Despite the challenges created by the COVID-19 virus, we at Advantage Home Care would like you to know that we are here to help our existing and potential new clients by continuing to provide quality care while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and caregivers. We carefully follow the safety and hygiene precautions recommended by the CDC and the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention and monitor these websites daily to implement new protocols as they are released. We also adhere to the safety policies instituted by senior living communities where we serve clients. Our staff wear gloves, have face masks available when appropriate, wash their hands for 20 seconds as often as possible, and practice social distancing as recommended. We have asked caregivers to wipe down “high risk“ areas such as door knobs, drawer pulls, light switches, counter tops, sinks and toilets. Finally, we have provided our caregiving staff with a bag of anti-bacterial/viral cleaning products that they can use in client homes with client permission. We strongly recommend that they apply these hygiene protocols in their personal lives, as well.
Please feel free to call our office at 207-699-2570 or email me at [email protected] with any questions, concerns or to learn more about how home care services can help you and loved ones through this difficult time.
